Big Bro

is pushing us to the limit.
Bit by bit, Big Bro takes our freedom.
They want to know they have control.
Our every move, they watch
Every day a new ban.
Their aim?  Discreet suppression

of our free will.  How can we halt suppression?
How far will they push before we reach our limit?
Will walking become their next new ban?
Do we have time to halt their stop watch?
Can we take back our self control?

Or will our children be under their control?
No feeling allowed.  No emotion, just crowd suppression.
How can we stop their ticking watch?
Have they pushed us beyond our limit?
Will we have to fight for our freedom?
Tell me how far Man can tolerate their ban?

Can Man not choose what Man should ban?
Or have we lost all control?
We must fight for our right to freedom.
We must resist all further suppression.
Enough is enough. We all have our limit.
It is time to stop their deathly watch.

Slap the hands that wind their watch.
Sack the man who legislates their next ban.
We all have our limit.
No one has the right to this much control.
It is no life worth living under such suppression.
Wars were fought to protect our freedom.

Our brothers, our sons, our men died for our freedom.
Is it not now time for us to stop their watch?
Put an end to this mass suppression.
Our thoughts, our feelings, our self expression, no man can ban.
We must be master of our own destiny.  Self control
is our human goal.  We can determine our own limit.

We must stand up for our freedom.  Our limit
has been breached.  Throw off suppression.  Lift their ban.
Watch our children’s backs. Face facts.  Teach self control.

A Child's Innocence

A child's innocence is the greatest joy to behold. To see children laughing and playing in innocent abandonment is the way God intended. They have no fear. They have complete trust in their parents love to nourish and protect them from all harm.
This is the way it should be. This is a parents greatest challenge. If they fail, their children's innocent lives could be forever impaled. Their children's lives ruined in the blink of an eye. For a parent also, they suffer the consequences of taking their eye off the ball, even for a few minutes, when someone warped and perverted can steal their child's innocence.

All children should have the right to a childhood where they can thrive. Where they can grow and mature into healthy and happy individuals. This is what society wants and needs more than anything else, in my humble opinion. If, however, we fail to protect our children, what are the consequences? What happens to a child who is abused? I believe their emotions often retreat, close down. This is natures way of protecting them from the reality of their abused lives.  Consequently they may no longer thrive, but they do continue to survive. They may believe from their horrific experiences that they are no longer innocent, that they are not protected by their parents, their family or the law. For an abused child, health and happiness seem to have closed the door. They could feel ruined as well balanced individuals, it may seem to them, forever more.

If they tell, they may be saved from their living hell but they often fear they may not be believed. In the past this was often the case, but no longer.

We have seen since the revelations of the 'Saville' child abuse scandal, just how important it is for the child's future healing that these children are taken seriously by parents, family and those in authority. If such child abuse can be halted at a young age and the child can see that Justice is administered against perpetrators, then that child can begin to heal and recover from such rape of their innocence and heartbroken lives.

These children depend on being believed. If they are not, what hope have they got? The answer is 'not a lot'. They will probably struggle at school. They will often retaliate against society and their perceived sickening fate. Many will withdraw, perhaps never feel again. How else do they deal with such trauma? They may bury themselves in work, drink and or drugs. They may fear becoming abusers themselves, or they may choose to not take the risk and never marry or have children of their own. If an unhappy child's emotions shut down they may grow into callous and cold individuals whose relationships never thrive. They may become the socio-paths in our midst that reek havoc in society in a myriad of destructive ways. Or they may have a family where they are distant and cannot relate which will in turn affect their children's lives. They may simply become over protective parents who emotionally suffocate their precious child. Or, with Justice and help they may rise above the scum that sort to ruin their lives and become great mum's and dad's who are determined to not let 'others' ruin their lives or prevent them from raising their own children in love and security where they and their children will thrive.

The importance of being a good parent has never been so great. I believe it is beholden upon every single adult in Society today to protect our children and to wipe out the scourge that is 'Child Abuse'. If we can teach tolerance and understanding and preserve the innocence of childhood so that all children can grow naturally into fully rounded, happy individuals with a history of childhood that they can smile at, then they too will raise their own children in a world where innocence in childhood is treasured and can thrive.

For any parent there is no greater pleasure of a challenge such as that which God put us on earth for. Our children are our future. Child abuse must be prevented wherever possible, not covered up by a suture that will never allow such trauma to heal. Our children deserve a future that is happy and tranquil, not a bitter pill to have to swallow because adults prefer to sweep the 'not pretty facts' under a carpet of denial.

Man - Woman

Our culture is our history and I have found that each culture has it's own traditions that shape how the genders in that society relate to each other.

In the West women have tended to lose their old stereo typical roles completely and as a consequence have also lost the essence of respect that those roles had afforded them in a bygone era. Women in 'so called' civilized society are now portrayed as sex symbols in only 'cold' beauty terms.

The cost is high. To be portrayed as cool but as cold as ice, does not make the grade in achieving a happy family. We see marriage break ups and families fragmenting more frequently, giving an overall sense of loss of structure and balance in those societies.

In the eastern hemisphere on the other hand, women are held back and treated in an equally exaggerated way as in the West, but in the other direction. Being afforded little respect by being treated as servants without feelings or ambition to do anything other than take care of children, cook and clean, is in my opinion, as equally a destructive a situation as the lack of respect and care shown to women in the West.

There has to be a middle ground in order to gain balance in this most important aspect of human civilisation. Men and women should be able to live in harmony and trust each other in order that family and balance can be returned to future generations. I would hope that we all want our families to thrive and grow, along with Society, into a more caring and fulfilling world to live in. We owe it to our children, and Children's children.

To achieve this change we have to look at stereo typical portrayal in the media, and how way off the mark it is in nurturing a good, caring society.

I have been horrified at some of the down right selfish portrayals in simple advertising. Examples that spring to mind are that of a girl moving her car so the chump hanging out of her window doesn't fall on it and scratch it. Using ironic humour to sell cruelty and lack of empathy in this way just encourages the parting of the ways of men and women.

Another example is the telling lies and going to extreme lengths to keep a man out your your bed in order to snuggle up with a lousy chocolate drink!? This would not induce a sense of worth in any male that I would want in my bed! Tripping someone up in order to reach out and grab their goodies, is another example. The media encouraging celebrities who split up, to fight in public, spill the dirt etc. etc. etc. is no way to go on. The rub is, we are poisoning our own perceptions of what is right and wrong in order that the powers that be, get what they want. IE Everyone working their guts out to make them rich. People burning out through exhaustion and lack of proper health and care, is a true vision of family despair. No togetherness, is not the way it is meant to be. Man and woman in harmony work very well. We must see that the media encourage this alliance and do not continue to dilute it down until there is nothing left to save.

Less of the 'Ladette' mentality and more of the gentlemanly, 'Open all doors' attitude, would truly make the difference for generations to come. Put an end to ridicule and competition between gender roles. We are each perfect for the roles we were given. Our biological make up is such that we must fulfil our needs. Women are built to nurture and men are built to hunt and care for their family. Gathering is their job and rearing is a woman's. These two taken together in harmony could put an end to child poverty, cruelty and many other scourges within our societies today.

Discrimination and hatred towards all minority groups would slowly be eradicated and life would be much easier for everyone. Men need to care by hunting, and women need to care by nurturing their children, and their men.

This is quietly important to society today because without change now, 'Here' could quite soon no longer be a society we will want to live in!

ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY

We are hearing in the news that our Accident & Emergency health Services are so much under pressure that patients welfare can no longer be guaranteed.

Why are so many people in this country in need of such emergency care?

Could it have something to do with the fact that people are becoming ill because they now live a society that is being encouraged 'Not to care' by their own Government cuts to Welfare?

We are certainly not well as a society, and I doubt anyone can say the cuts to services, benefits, housing needs, the disabled's ability to thrive or even survive, deteriorating working conditions and so called Workfare (working for free) is fair, or ever likely to produce a population who are happy and healthy with their lot.

Could it be that the pressures caused by robbing the poor to indulge the rich, is the real root of why our Accident & Emergency front line is being overwhelmed? It should be obvious that if you take away a persons ability to feed themselves by withholding their income, it is going to make that person sick. Just think about it. All those people who refused to go through those humiliating ATOS medicals, are now have to try and compete for work that 'Workfare' has made even harder to find, with nearly 3,000.000 able bodied job seekers, who are finding it extremely difficult to get work.

Just think about it. When 600,000 low income families are being squeezed out of their homes by a government who tax them on their perceived living space, are added to the mix, the picture becomes chaotic.

If you are forced to move home, isn't it obvious that you are going to feel low; Depressed; stressed?

Stress is a killer. It makes people sick. It makes people depressed. It makes some people commit suicide. It makes people take less care. It causes Accidents & Emergencies.

Could this be the reason our health service is so over stretched? Think about it
at the polls, but for the love of our once Green and Pleasant Land...do not vote UKIP.

Unless you really want to watch our NHS ship sink and our society truly stink.

Lets talk about disability...

We all know there are many forms of disability. Both physical and mental health disabilities exist in varying forms and degrees of severity.

Some disabilities are obvious to the human eye. This applies in both physical appearance and behavioural patterns demonstrated by the disabled person.

The obvious signs of disability gives us the observer, clues that enable us to empathise or not, as is often the case in these times of 'turning a blind eye'. But for those of us who still retain the ability to care in empathy with those less fortunate people in our society, these clues and indicators of physical disability/handicaps, help us to understand and consider the difficulties that disability gives rise to for these people on an every day basis.

We realise for instance that someone in a wheel chair may need help in maintaining their general well-being, hygiene and overall health. This extra help is vital and will usually incur extra expense. Expense that would usually be met by the public purse.

Should this be the case? Or should we as a society ignore this disabled persons specific needs in order to save money?

In a 'Civilised' Society the only answer can be 'Yes'. We should take care of others less able, who suffer such obvious disability that affects a person so dramatically.

On the other hand! If we say, 'No!' it is not our concern, let that disabled person fend for themselves. Why should we i.e. 'Society' foot the bill? We must accept the collective responsibility of creating an environment where disabled people cannot thrive, or indeed, even maintain their most basic human rights of a right to a home, a family, a social life, nor afford the basic human right to dignity.

As a 'Decent' and caring society, what choice do we have? I would hope we have no choice but to agree that as a society, 'Everyone' whether able or disabled, physically or mentally has the right to a certain quality of life.

Now! What about those people who have an unseen disability? Those less obvious conditions that leave the victim visually unblemished? Physical disabilities such as R.S.I (Repetitive Strain/Stress Injury), sometimes referred to as Upper Limb Disorders, or Fibromyalgia, or Bipolar Disorder or Schizophrenia, or other nerve conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, M.E etc. etc. etc....

The list is long. Some of these 'Invisible Disabilities' are emotionally based and some are centred in the body and relate to the nervous system. I expect everyone can list at least six health issues that their friends, family and colleagues, more often than not, suffer in silence from, that fit this category.

What should society do about people who suffer from these less obvious disabilities?

As far as I can see we have two choices.

  1. We accept that they exist and desist from judging these disabled people. We accept that these people may need help at certain times and in certain aspects of their daily lives, to enable them to live with a degree, accepted by everybody, of a certain quality of life. In doing so, we as a society will usually have to pay for the help that these disabled people may need in order to maintain their basic human right to a home, a family, a social life, and their dignity.

Or,

  1. We ignore these disabled people. We refuse to accept these unseen disabilities. We allow others to demoralise, stigmatise, vilify and degrade these people in the public eye. We become rigid. We become cold. We become an insular society where only the fittest and the strongest survive. We become a society where those in authority can express the view that disabled babies should be put down at birth, or disabled people are being selfish and should be willing to be killed off to benefit their carers, families and by doing so, save the public expense.

I know what sort of society I want to live in, do you?

If your answer is a caring and compassionate society that does not judge what they do not understand, then please respect the disabled. Support them in their homes and communities and try to understand by learning about the difficulties they have to face in living their lives on a day to day basis.

Parody in News Trumps - Disabled Bashing Councillor to run into Double Trouble, Again...

X marked the spot of an Independent Councillor, who stupidly thought he should run again (obviously not disabled!!) after momentarily stepping down a mine shaft for Cornwall County Council after expressing that disabled people should be put down there, too. The 300 plus X's on the ballot papers that voted him back in, obviously agree that murder at birth of the disabled, is not a sin!

Encouraged by ConServingOnlyThemselves, Councillors to run away from all social responsibility. They gave him a good name and that is playing their politics of poorest shires lowest of games.

A representative of this most exclusive shower (and that is being polite!) was heard to stake out any member of the community who dares to make representation against such dis-functionality . Further threatening them with having their legs, their children's legs and their children's children's legs broken, if not put down at birth! before being allowed to present themselves at County Hall to protest.

A henchman of CCC, also stressed due to not immediately getting into the Golf Club because the councillors were angry that they didn't get their 20% pay rise out of the suffering of Cornwall's poorest, stated that the most important thing was that any 'Customer' should take care of themselves, to not be scroungers, drug addicts, or the disabled, or they would be shown the inSin deTerminedHater door, or possibly found months later dredged up in Foulmouth harbour.  Long established pedophiles should only play with themselves.

It was estimated that less than 2% of the community of Cornwall would turn out to vote and that will mainly consist of the old biddies being paid buckets of money to stand on the door at polling stations in order to identify rogue 'Labour' voters. Names and addresses ticked off. You are on the list of victims of your own Sir MeanTeamStances

The Silent Killer that the British Medical Establishment seems to be Deliberately Ignoring

I have been inspired to write this article/story by the medical establishment and their apparent lack of knowledge, concern, acceptance and treatment of Candida infections that could be killing off millions of people in this country.

If I had not found out, through researching on the internet, about this dire infection, due to suffering all the symptoms myself for over 3 years, I would probably be dead by now. I do not state this lightly. I found myself hospitalised twice in February and September of 2011, and yet I did not discover Candida until late 2012. By that time I had undergone many exploratory procedures, allegedly, in the hope of discovering what was making me so sick. Thousands of pounds had been needlessly spent on various scans and medical examinations, and I had seen at least fifteen doctors throughout the period with not one of them even mentioning Candida infection. I gave up smoking for four months, with no improvement to my breathing difficulties. I was actually told by a female locum doctor, when I complained to her about the apparent lack of improvement to my chest and stomach problems, that little short term improvement was normal when giving up smoking, and that I could only hope for long term benefits to my lung function over many months/years.

I was shocked and argued with the doctor, stating that she was surely just mincing words, to which she replied, absolutely not. I complained to the head of that practice, whereby the chief Doctor agreed with me that the female doctor should never have made such a statement to anyone, never mind someone desperately trying to give up smoking. Needless to say, I departed company with that practice within one year of that conversation. I also started smoking again, and I am glad I did because the patches I was being given were actually feeding the Candida infection and also, coughing was helping me to remove the Candida from my airways.

I battled on for nearly one year trying to improve my health. Walking lots, trying to eat healthier food (although this was difficult on a very tight budget) I had a camera put down my throat, where no problem was found. I was constantly told that I was suffering from 'Acid Reflux' and should take Omeprazol (Proton pump inhibitors). I was prescribed with medication to improve my motability (the ability of my gut to digest foods) in order to help acid reflux, medication I stopped taking after they caused massive headaches.

In April 2012 I decided to stop using Omeprazol after a specialist consultant had asked about my use of it with some scepticism in his voice. I am so glad I did. I had not realised at the time, or for the several years prior, where I had been taking this medication sporadically, that what it actually did was inhibit the guts ability to produce acid. The medication actually throws a switch in your gut that stops all production of highly necessary acid that we need to digest our food. It was quickly becoming obvious to me that other associated symptoms I was suffering from i.e. bloating, excessive gas, pain, cramps, lack of digestion, was being caused by the Acid Reflux medication.

Slowly but surely, my stomach started to feel better, but it took a very long time! Over one year before I noticed a real difference. At the same time of stopping this medication, I had started to use Pro-biotic yoghurt. I had realised very early on, that due to those incidence in 2011, whereby I had ended up in hospital with major breathing difficulties, that these incidence had been exacerbated by my previous doctor prescribing me, first a week of standard antibiotics, and immediately after, two simultaneously taken 'other' antibiotics for a week. It seemed to me that this overdosing of my system with antibiotics had upset the balance of flora of the gut...effectively, (as antibiotic’s tend to do) killing off all the good bacteria that I needed to digest my food.

Please remember, at this time (Mid 2012) I still had no idea about Candida. I just knew that I had to replace the lost good bacteria, eat better foods that were high in antioxidants, and get as much exercise as I could to help my breathing problems. From the day of the second relapse I had found myself having to sleep upright in a chair. I instinctively did this because whenever I laid flat or bent forward, my lungs would fill up with a white fluffy substance and I would experience breathing difficulties immediately. This substance was what I was bringing up immediately upon taking the second prescribed antibiotics. The moment they hit my gut, I would become overwhelmed with coughing up this horrible white, sometimes watery substance that seemed to come directly from my gut. I believe that if it wasn't for the fact that I practice Tai Chi and had strong lungs and coughing reflex, that I would not have survived even the first relapse....I coughed up buckets of this substance before it finally overwhelmed me, some four/five days after starting to take the antibiotics. It was a terrible experience for me and my family, and I thank my children for their kindness and endurance during those two terrible episodes.

Towards the end of the summer of 2011 I was starting to feel much better, then I suddenly relapsed again. At the time I had not been eating very much meat at all, but due to necessity of hunger and lack of funds, I had inadvertently eaten minced beef twice on consecutive days. I went back to the doctor who prescribed steroid tablets for a week. It was at this time that I started to research more thoroughly the condition of Acid Reflux, that I was being told I was suffering from. It was during this research that I came upon a forum on the subject where someone had left a note stating that the person asking questions about acid reflux symptoms may have been suffering from a Candida infection. The symptoms are very similar and the poster stated that NO DOCTOR would tell the enquirer about Candida. This statement prompted me start researching Candida infection, and indeed, the symptoms were remarkably similar to acid reflux and chest infections. The more I looked, the more I realised that this was what I was possibly suffering from. I immediately stopped taking the steroids, that in any case, were contra indicative to the condition of Acid Reflux. I started to link this third relapse with the minced beef. Previous to these discoveries I had noted that when I ate any sweet foods, that the fluffy substance would start to come up from my gut almost immediately. I also noticed after a dental check up that I was not suffering from acid erosion to the enamel on my teeth, as I surely should have been if the substance I was spitting out of my system was in fact acid from my stomach. I found very helpful advice on various websites about Candida infections and how to treat it naturally. What foods to eat, and most importantly, what foods to avoid in order to starve the infection.

My first course of action was to see what traditional medication was available through my new doctor. I went to the Oxford Medical Journal site and read research papers that outlined the effectiveness or otherwise of various pharmaceutical treatments. I copied the papers off and wrote down the names of the various treatments and went well armed to see my new doctor.

I think he was a little shocked by this woman that entered his surgery with all this research, demanding that he listen and take notice of my history and health problems. To my surprise, instead of rolling his eyes as other doctors had done, after listening to the history, he agreed with me that I could indeed be suffering from a form of Candida infection, and he agreed to treat me with a prescribed anti fungal medication for two weeks. However, the dosage he gave me was very low, so I went back and although the first doctor was on holiday, I saw another and he again agreed with my own diagnosis and increased the dosage and duration taken to one month.

After further research and the symptoms diminishing, but not going completely, I went back again, and this time saw the first doctor, who again increased the dosage and prescribed anti fungal treatment for a further month. At the end of that month, I caught a cold/virus for two days and suddenly started to cough up, not white fluffy substance, but green thick gunk, on the third day of feeling unwell. I took a sample to the doctor and it was sent for testing. In the meantime, after an in-depth discussion with the doctor, together we decided that antibiotics were a good idea and I was prescribed them for one week. At that time I had not had any for nearly two years.

I believe that all that green gunk was from a cyst that had accumulated due to the anti fungal medication, just under my chest cavity, that had suddenly burst. The doctor seemed to confirm this. I state this because my chest was a little sore for a day or two and then suddenly I could breath quite easily. For the first time in nearly two years, I could sleep flat again. I felt amazing. I slept for 11/12 hours at a time. However, after a couple of weeks, possibly due in part to me re-introducing foods that I had previously cut out, I started to feel that all infection was not gone, so I went back to the doctor I had first seen at the new surgery. I wanted more anti fungal treatment, but he decided more antibiotics would be better for me. I took them but didn't really feel there was much improvement. Do not misunderstand me! I did feel much better, but not completely better.

The doctor had made me an appointment to see a chest specialist and a few weeks later, I went along. I told him my story, he listened to my chest, and I asked him what he thought. He stated that he did not know what to think. He did state that my chest sounded clear, shook my hand and wished me luck, with a caveat that my appointment would remain open for 6 months at the hospital if I needed to see him again without having to go back to my doctor.

At the time I was elated that he had given me a clean bill of health, but later I was a little concerned that he had not discussed Candida with me whatsoever, nor given any opinion of the treatment I had been using to treat the Candida infection. I was, and still am, taking natural garlic, daily.

After that appointment I became too complacent and started to eat normally again. I even drank a little, which was a novelty that I had not indulged in for many months. Then one night, a week or so ago, I had a craving for sugar. I had gone to visit my younger brother and was hungry when I arrived. He, being a bachelor, had very little food in the house, and could only offer me! Wait for it!!! chocolate fudge cake slices! I foolishly ate two large slices....he also gave me two slices to take back to my son's! They were out for the weekend and the next day I ate those slices, too.

Within a day my chest problems started to re-emerge! I could feel the Candida inside me growing stronger. I have had to revert to my strict diet regime, but this time I hope that with the knowledge I have gained over this past year, through the research of what to, and not to eat, and the natural medications that kill Candida, I won't have to go back for more pharmaceuticals from my doctor.

This infection kills if not treated. It can cause all sorts of terrible health problems including depression/bipolar/asthma/fatigue and ultimately, is cancer causing if left untreated. So folks, if you recognise anything of what I have described here, go to your doctor and insist they treat your concerns seriously. I intend to win this battle with Candida and regain my full health, I hope you do the same.

*Please Note* I wish to say a BIG THANK YOU to those Doctors out there who did believe in me and helped me get this horrible illness under control.  I understand perfectly the difficulties the good doctors have in the face of the not so good, establishments views.

Note* Since this was written, I have discovered  November 2014 that I have intolerance to Gluten, something that is prevalent in my extended family, and also am possible Lactose intolerant.  The combination of the candida infection, the fact that I may have always been intolerant to Gluten, and/or Lactose, points much more clearly to why I became so sick in 2011.  Since 2014 my health is improving steadily, no thanks to the medical profession in general, whom I think should have at least tested my for Gluten/Lactose intolerance back in 2011. In my opinion, far too many people are being left un-diagnosed for all three of these conditions, and it is about time these issues are addressed, to save a lot of people, a great deal of misery and despair, that being left untreated, causes.

A Fairer Society?

David Cameron is constantly telling us all that his governments welfare reforms are designed to create a fairer society for all hard working people in this country.

So! What is he in fact, stating?

Is he advocating that the sick, the disabled and the 2.7 million people without a job should be treated unfairly? I think he is. His current round of welfare policies bare this out.

Firstly, he attacked the disabled with the help of ATOS, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atos a French multinational IT and Services Corporation who were commissioned to re-assess thousands of disabled people in Britain. They use a formula that had already been proven as a failure when used in America.

We know that at least 50% of assessments are overturned on appeal at tax payers cost. Most recently we have come to learn that this appeal process has been changed to discourage disabled people from appealing at all. As it is, hundreds of thousands of disabled people have refused to go through the process and been forced to claim JSA. These less able people are forced to fight for jobs that even the able bodied cannot find, mainly because they do not exist.

Only last year, David Cameron also saw to it that the company, 'Remploy' was no longer able to employ disabled people. This company is one of very few companies in this country that provided work for disabled people.

Is this fair? Of course not! Such policy and action is only leading to more pain, poverty and despair for thousands of people who already suffer from disabilities that are definitely not fair.

Then we have David Cameron's policy of 'Workfare' where unemployed people are being forced to work for free for huge corporations or lose their already meagre benefits of £53 per week for a single person. A sum we all know is impossible to live on despite what Ian Duncan Smith states otherwise.

This policy was challenged in the Courts and found to be unlawful. So! What did this government do in order to not have to pay back some 200,000 unemployed people that they had left penniless?

They pushed through a law on retrospective benefits compensation, that was illegally taken from those unemployed claimants of JSA.

Is it fair? Of course not. It only leads to further pain, suffering and despair for people searching for work that 'Workfare' has made sure simply is not there.

Now we have 'The Bedroom Tax' that David Cameron claims is not a tax at all but a charge on excess space in all social housing (council houses) where tenants receive benefits. Ie:- are unemployed, disabled and poor.

We are talking about the unlucky 1 in 10 of people who are forced through poverty, due to little or no work where they live, or who have a disability through birth, accident/injury in life, that find themselves in a position where they cannot work in jobs that do not exist.

This Tax on the poor is affecting some 600,000 of the poorest families in Britain.

Is it fair? Of course not. These people also now have to find extra money to pay a proportion of Council tax on their social homes. Money that is expected to be paid out of benefits that, according to government regulation, is the minimum amount an unemployed person/family should be allowed in order to live.

These two extra burdens on social housing tenants is leading to a form of economic cleansing where people have to move away from their local areas and communities.

The government is effectively destroying local communities (AGAIN) and ruining the lives of millions of people,(AGAIN) including our elders who, if they are below pension age, would not be able to keep their homes that they had raised their families in for decades.

David Cameron and his cabinet ministers/MPs/government, are deliberately and maliciously conducting a campaign of character assassination and vilification against anyone who receives any benefits at all. I state this, but in fact, his hate filled campaign is precisely directed at the disabled, the unemployed and the poorest people in this country, whose cost to maintain only represents a very small percentage of the total 'Welfare' bill. Ie less than 3% of the total Welfare bill.

David Cameron neglects to tell people that over 40% of that Welfare bill is paid in pensions and subsidies to the elderly.

David Cameron neglects to tell people that over 20% of the Welfare bill is paid to the low paid. Hard working people, who through his policies, are now more than £600 per year worse off than when his, 'hung, drawn and divide them government', came to power in 2010.

Is it fair? Of course not. People who are forced to neglect their family life to do two and more low paid jobs and also have to claim 'working tax credit' just to survive, are left in hopeless despair.

This government are responsible for thousands of unnecessary deaths of people who simply could not afford to live any longer.

This government is responsible for dismantling our countries National Health Service by privatising it.

Doctors and nurses are prevented from speaking out about changes that affect the care of patients by gagging orders/clauses in their contracts.

Hundreds of people die needlessly and in inhumane conditions every day under this regime. We have seen it with our own eyes at Staffordshire Royal Infirmary. Lessons should have been learned and transparency created by changes within the health service as a whole, but this has not materialised.

Profits should not dictate medical services and treatment. Now that budgets are in the hands of the Doctors, where many have been proven to have financial conflicts of interests, in medical practices up and down the country. Inevitably profits will dictate treatment.

Patients have been encouraged to take out private medical insurance and/or pay for treatments themselves. People on low incomes and the poorest cannot afford such luxuries. A two tier NHS is here and not going away unless changes are made to make equal care for all, an integral ethos of our Health Service NOW!!!

We cannot afford to wait for a general election to bring about such change. Privatisation of our health services makes short cuts in care, pay! Good for Patients? Not in any way.

Is it fair? Of course not. It will only lead to further deaths and despair. A two tier health service where those who pay, live and those who don't, die young, is both unethical and immoral.

David Cameron is responsible for ruining A DECADE of social infrastructure progress.

Researching produced this highly worth reading and relevant document, outlining an ethos that the Labour Government came to power on......Budget 2003

Building a Britain of economic strength and social justice

Unfortunately for us all, more warmongering got in the way of this bright new future that this document reveals...BUT WE CAN FIND IT AGAIN

David Cameron and his government, have dismantled/destroyed all the progress of the past decade. It is now about to annihilate our countries economy. A destroyed economy that his rich friends will benefit from, until 'they' decide when our lives may be improved with small shows of progress and recovery. (ie Investment, but only once the daylight robbery has been sated)

David Cameron will not be turned from this course and refuses to listen to people who know how to effectively bring about change for the good of the country. We need sustained economic good sense, driven not by greed, but by a vision that encompasses 'A Fairer Society for ALL our Citizens'.

David Cameron has forced millions of young people to give up all hope of further educating themselves. Effectively closing the door on millions.

Is it fair? Of course not. Two generations of people without hope for the future is what no government should create.

David Cameron is responsible for giving all his millionaire friends and colleagues a 5% cut in their tax bills worth hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Is it fair? Of course not. He has paid for it with all the aforementioned despair. He leaves the majority of people in this country without hope.

Crime will rise. Hatred will flourish. The roots of growth will never rise from barren ground. He has turned the clock back and put the people on self defeating attack. He makes us cruel. He must be sacked.

Is it fair? Of course it is. It is the only way to end this governments policy of despair.

To steal from the poor to give even more to the rich, is immoral. Ethical governing is the only way forward. Therefore, David Cameron and his government must and will go. The sooner the better.

After all! We 'ALL' want a Fairer Society for ALL.

I love this country

you can hold your head up high
if you’re British abroad

Here there are endless  opportunities for everyone
we live in a fair and compassionate society
who care deeply for our loved ones…especially
The lost, abused and the elderly

There is no trace of racism and women
never feel the glass ceiling,

We are a happy CONtEnteD society and

I’m lying and that’s me
That why my honey loved me – EQUALLY
………………..I’m free!

Cornwall Is Suffering

Having looked at the latest statistics on living in Cornwall on the Cornwall County Council website, I am shocked to find that I am not alone in poverty and deprivation.

Cornwall has a population of over 532,000 residents (2011 Census) of which 19% of children (2009) are living in poverty. This figure has obviously increased dramatically in the past 4 years.

19% of residents are estimated to be living in fuel poverty. Paying more than 10% of their income to heat their homes. This situation often causes residents to have to make a choice between heating and other essentials of life such as food, clothing, toiletries etc.

Wages in Cornwall are very low compared to the rest of the country. Cornwall is one of only four areas that qualifies for poverty grants. House prices are 10 times the average annual earnings. (2011)

4 in 10 adults of working age claim out of work benefits.

There are 10.500 council homes in Cornwall (2011) with 27,000 (2013) on the social housing register seeking to be re-housed. There were 450 families (2008) in temporary accommodation. A drop of nearly half since 2004. This figure has obviously increased dramatically since 2008 when the social housing register had 18,500 people in need of social housing, an increase of nearly one third in 6 years.

The south west has the highest percentage of people having second jobs in the country. Over 5% and they still cannot manage on the wages paid.

The CAB increased its workload in 2009 for debt work by 145% emloyment problems 101% Housing cases 70% from 2008 to 2009. Their workload would have quadrupled since then. This vital resource of the people has had funding withdrawn, putting the few full time advisers jobs at real risk and with offices being forced to close.

Cornwall has a high percentage of elderly residents and a growing drug dependant population problem. As the article at Cornwall County Council is headed...you cannot eat the view! I would like to know when this county will be recognised as not only a playground for the rich, but a place that people have a right to earn a living wage, in order to live here? Tourism may be a beautiful thing, but even tourism needs a resident population that are not past their sell by date, in order to serve those affluent visitors and second home owners...

April Tools?

It is a very sad family who dessert each other in their greatest hour of need.
It is a very sad family indeed.

It is a very sad family who cannot trust each other.
It is no way for any family to successfully proceed.

It is a very sad family that hide the truth from their youth.
For they are our seed from which nothing good will grow.

It is a very happy family that puts aside their ego.
To save our family, we must resist. Take the risk in loving each other again.

Step off this devastating train of thoughtlessness.
United we stand. Divided we all fall. For the sake of our family

we can break the fall. Not tools. Not fools.
We can win. Love is no sin.

In all our tomorrows, let us step aside from blame.
Be a good family again.

In the Therapists Chair.....Always looking for the bright side

Sometimes it is better not to fight the world.
Just lie back in June.  Feel the sun on your face.
Step back from the fray.
Live to fight another day.
Let go.
Allow natures flow.
Follow with your heart.
Take the steps to fulfilment.
Ignore the world’s woe.
Allow your life’s desires to truly flow.
Allow the past to be passed. Open the window.
What others think is not your concern.
Life is our own journey and we all have our own lessons to learn.
Listen to your heart, not what others impart.
They have their own struggles to go through.
We can all be an A**e,
Even you and I.
They are only doing their best.
Part of human nature.
Another test.
We all have our cross to bare.
We all think life is unfair.
We all fight for our right to be heard.
We all get scared.
.
What we don’t do, is recognise our true potential.
We don’t listen when people say it’s ok,
But we all know
What’s good for us
And what doesn’t ring our bell.
There is no point in yanking a chain
That doesn’t want to flow.
Drugs don’t do the trick,
But we all know what and who produce the right buzz.
Clear your mind.
Make room for not feeling blue.
Love is the greatest thing that ever happens to you.
You know what you need.
Love will never let you hit the ground.
Love is life’s greatest game.
Live it or live in pain.
Don’t be afraid.
Pain is cleansing.
Once you are healed
Pure love will remain.
Life is what we make it.
It is up to us to break the chains.
Having the luck of the Irish
And a beautiful brain
Is pure gold in your name.
Time to truly live.
Stop feeling guilty, it’s a complete waste of god given energy.
Strive for what you know you can do.
Makes you so much stronger.
You know it’s true.
Listen to your mother.
Take the dive.
It is the only way
To break the circle.
Sit back in the June sunshine.
Be the lover you know you can be.
The past is the past.
Forget it.
Break free.
Approve of yourself.
You know you are loved.
Time to just be.
Then you will be ready to be loved equally.
You know you are a wonderful catch.
For the right partner a perfect match.
There is no escape from pains internal rape.
Guilt is revenges end.
Communication
Is our greatest friend.
Break free from tyranny.
Be who you want to be,
But don’t forget
To love.
It’s
Gods
Gift from above.
Love yourself.
Set yourself free.
And that’s all from Tai Chi Italy
And she walked out into the sunshine....smiling.
