HOW CAN I BE SURE?

How can I

be sure?  Because he’s a rock that no one can deny.

How can I

adore?  Because he’s not for changing that look in his eye.

How can I

take hope?  Because he tells me to.

And that’s good enough for me, and should be for you, and everyone who want a world without poverty or war.

How can I

write a poem for such a very special birthday? Because I’m writing it, quite naturally,

Is it possible

In this ferocious political climate, to have reasonable debate?

This is the question…

Can true socialists really relate enough to debate?

Is it possible

for the women to stop bitching, and the men to stop behaving like primates?

Three questions

that only time will tell if ‘common need’ overcomes human nature in jealousy and greed.

We shall just have to wait and see, after all! This is not a competition in popularity, it is a ‘World Vision’ in fair play and honest clarity.
